Excellent Power Washer
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
We have a home in Florida with a screen room and cream-colored decking surrounding our pool. The pool area gets dirty and a regular hose just didn’t clean everything very well. First, my husband went to Target and bought a Karcher power washer. The Karcher worked alright (but not great) for the first 20 minutes – then the pump stopped working. Back to Target with the Karcher to get a full refund. I then ordered, based on customer reviews, this power washer from Amazon and it arrived in a day or two. As soon as my husband started cleaning the deck area with the McCulloch, we were both impressed with its performance and ability to clean the very high screening around the pool. It worked great! The next day, I took the power washer to the front of the house to clean the driveway pavers and to try to remove some of the weeds that had grown between the pavers. I’m not saying it wasn’t a nasty job – because getting the weeds required full pressure and me getting covered in sand – but the driveway looked beautiful when I finished. Next, I moved on to the dirty sidewalk along the street and it was sparkling white when I finished. I don’t know what the “black stuff” on the cement sidewalk was, but it came off easily. There were also a few blue and red paint splotches on the sidewalk from when the house was built 2 years ago and they also came off with full power. Best of all, this is an easy machine to drag around your house. Actually, you don’t need to drag it very far anyway, because there’s a really long hose attached. We had a very large, very heavy gas power washer that was just too hard for me to move around the yard – not to mention, the pump went up in a year or so. I’m not sure that the McCulloch is powerful enough to clean a two-story house, but it sure did a beautiful job around our Florida rancher. I would highly recommend this item to anyone looking for an electric power washer. We couldn’t be happier.
Leaked like a sieve

Bought the McCulloch FHH20A through Amazon based on the reviews and received it fairly quickly. It assembled easily and I had it running in a half hour. As I was spraying, I noticed water flowing from the bottom of the machine. I checked to make sure it wasn’t the hose and the leak was coming from inside the unit. The warranty booklet said to contact McCulloch instead of returning it to who you bought it from. I did and the person said since there was no repair facility near my home, they would send out a new unit right away. I asked how to send the faulty unit back and they said just keep it. I was surprised but did as they requested. A week later I received a supposedly new unit but it was anything but new. It came in a very dilapidated box and the unit was thrown in the box with no packing materials and parts all over. The machine was filthy, it was the wrong model and the hose and motor were broken as was the machine itself. I’m guessing someone in their warehouse has a brand new machine and I got their broken one. I called McCulloch right away and they seemed quite unconcerned that I got ripped off. They offered to send another “new” unit but there would be a 20-30 day delay because the model I bought was on back order. I told them no and returned the original faulty unit to Amazon, in the hopes of getting a full refund. That remains to be seen. I had high hopes for the machine, which seemed to be a fair bargain, but turned into a very poor experience with McCulloch.
Works Great

Bought this to clean my patio after reading the positive reviews. Did a great job there so I tried it on my 10 year old weathered fence. It took the dirt off with ease changing the appearance from dark gray to nearly it’s original state. I have used the washer for extended periods (2-3 hrs at a time) so reliability is not a factor. A great investment for round the house cleaning.
looks like a keeper

McCulloch FHH20A 2000 PSI 1.45 GPM Electric Pressure Washer with 20-Foot Hose
I wasn’t sure what to expect when it arrived and when I saw the condition of the box I was even more concerned. It looked like UPS played football with it. Box was crushed on one side and one taped end was about to fall open.
BUT, the contents were intact and no damage noted.
I assembled it in a couple of minutes, hooked up to water and power and let it rip.
I have no experience with pressure washers so I don’t know how it would compare to a gas model, or a higher pressure model, but I do know it saved me a lot of time. I don’t know how many days of scrubbing or what nasty chemicals I would have had to use to do the same job that this washer did. I really wanted to include pictures to do it justice but in a little over an hour I had cleaned a small patio, 15′x15′, from a color resembling old asphalt to looking like newly poured concrete. I am very pleased as was my fiance.
For the performance I highly recommend it. I guess time will tell how long it lasts and performs like the first time.
Great Product!

Great price/performance ratio. I did a lot of research and bought this one based on previous reviews. No performance or quality problems so far–works as advertised! This one came with an interchangeable spray tip, but I haven’t used the brass one yet.
